Services are offered through monthly packages, with pricing clearly outlined on the website or in a custom proposal. Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each month via the agreed payment method.

3. Commitment and Cancellation

I aim to build long-term partnerships with my clients. If you wish to cancel the service, a 30-day notice period is required. No refunds are provided for unused time within a paid month.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide clear instructions and necessary access to complete tasks
Communicate in a timely and respectful manner
Make payments on time

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials created during the service remain the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The content on this website (text, graphics, branding) is the intellectual property of Olivia Sengel and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While I strive to provide high-quality, reliable services, I am not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses
Delays caused by third-party tools or platforms
Errors resulting from incomplete or unclear instructions
